Content on this website is provided for general information. It is not legal advice, does not create a client relationship, and is not a binding offer. Information about CMMC, DFARS, NIST publications, and the Risk Management Framework reflects published government and Cyber AB guidance at the time of writing. Our services
Our services are governed by the signed agreement, statement of work, or order for each engagement. If those documents conflict with these terms, the signed engagement documents control.
HARDAC provides CMMC advisory and implementation services through Cyber AB Registered Practitioners. We do not conduct CMMC certification assessments, and we cannot guarantee the outcome of any assessment, authorization decision, or contract award.
Federal contracting
Work we perform on federal contracts and subcontracts is subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulation, the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement, and the terms of the applicable solicitation, contract, or subcontract.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to this website, our systems, or the systems of others.
- Do not scan, probe, or test the security of this website or our systems without our written authorization. We perform security testing only under signed rules of engagement, and we expect the same of others.
- Do not use the website to send unlawful, harmful, or misleading content, or to interfere with its operation.
Intellectual property
The HARDAC name, logo, and website content are the property of HARDAC Industries LLC. You may view and print pages for your own informational use. Any other use requires our written permission. This restriction does not apply to our security advisories, which anyone may copy, redistribute, and use for any purpose, consistent with the CVE Program Terms of Use. Deliverables created for clients are governed by the applicable engagement agreement.

This website links to government and third-party sites for reference. We are not responsible for their content or practices. CMMC is a program of the U.S. Department of Defense. The Cyber AB name and marks belong to The Cyber AB. References to them do not imply endorsement.
