HARDAC Industries LLC ("HARDAC," "we," "us") is a cybersecurity compliance firm based in Spring Hill, Tennessee, serving defense and federal contractors. This policy applies to information we collect through our website, by phone, by text message, by email, and in the course of providing our services.

- Contact details, such as your name, organization, job title, email address, and phone number, including a mobile number.
- The content of your messages, calls, and text messages with us, and information about your requirements, such as contract clauses, CMMC level, or systems in scope.
- Your text messaging consent, including when and how you gave it, and any opt-out request.
- Business and billing information needed to contract with you and invoice for our services.
Information collected automatically
- Our web servers record standard log information, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and the date and time of each request. We use these logs to operate and secure the website.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries and schedule consultations.
- To deliver, manage, and invoice our services.
- To send the text messages you have agreed to receive, as described below.
- To protect our systems, our clients, and our website from fraud, abuse, and security threats.
- To comply with law, regulation, and our contractual obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Text messaging
If you agree to receive text messages from HARDAC, we use your mobile number to send messages about consultation scheduling and appointment reminders, updates on active engagements, two-way support conversations, and verification codes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt in by checking the text messaging consent box on our contact form, by texting our number first, by telling us on a call, or in a written engagement agreement or intake form. Consent is never a condition of purchase.

We do not share mobile contact information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. How we share information
We share personal information only as described here:
- Service providers. Companies that host our website and email, provide our phone and text messaging services, and support our accounting and business systems. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- At your direction. For example, with a prime contractor or government customer when you ask us to, or when an engagement requires it.
- Legal requirements. When required by law, regulation, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of HARDAC, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this policy.
All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Client and contract information
Information we receive while performing an engagement, including Federal Contract Information and Controlled Unclassified Information, is handled according to the terms of the applicable contract, any non-disclosure agreement, and the safeguarding requirements that apply to it. We use it only to perform the engagement. Please do not send CUI or other sensitive contract data through our website contact form.
Cookies and website technologies
Our website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and Google receives your IP address and browser information. Google's use of that information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
Retention
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, including to meet legal, contractual, tax, and accounting requirements. Records of text messaging consent and opt-out requests are kept for as long as needed to honor them and to demonstrate compliance.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
